VIP Experience Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing the VIP Experience (the “Service”). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with The Organized Home, LLC.

1. Service Overview

  • The VIP Experience includes lifetime access to recordings of the “Bless the Mess” 5-Day Challenge, a VIP Experience Workbook, an exclusive 1-hour guided workshop with a recording, and a personalized decluttering roadmap. The contents and benefits of this Service may be subject to reasonable modifications at the discretion of The Organized Home, LLC.

2. Payment Terms

  • The pre-challenge VIP Experience price is $97. After the start of the challenge, the price will increase to $147. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
  • By completing this purchase, you authorize The Organized Home, LLC to charge the specified amount to your payment method provided at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds after purchase. By agreeing to these terms, you understand and accept that refunds are not available.

4. Lifetime Access

  • “Lifetime Access” refers to the duration of availability for digital resources provided by the Service as long as The Organized Home, LLC continues to operate this Service.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affect the availability of lifetime access, The Organized Home, LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided as part of the VIP Experience, including but not limited to recordings, workbooks, and the decluttering roadmap, is the exclusive property of The Organized Home, LLC.
  • You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any content provided as part of the Service. Unauthorized use or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6. Personal Information & Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information solely for the purposes of providing and improving the VIP Experience. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • The Organized Home, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the VIP Experience.

8. Disclaimer

  • The VIP Experience is designed to support and assist you in decluttering and organizing your home. However, results may vary based on individual circumstances and level of commitment. The Organized Home, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of this Service.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • The Organized Home, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via email.
