Terms & Conditions for The HOME Approach Program

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing the The HOME Approach Program enrollment (the “Service”). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with The Organized Home, LLC.

1. Program Overview

The HOME Approach® Program is a 6-month group coaching program designed to provide guidance, resources, and accountability for decluttering, organizing, maintaining routines, and fostering spiritual growth.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Are 18 years or older.
  • Agree to fully commit to the program schedule and activities.
  • Have completed the enrollment process, including payment or payment plan agreements.

3. Payment Terms

  • The investment for the Program is $3,000 paid in full, 3 consecutive payments of $1,200, or 6 consecutive payments of $650.
  • Payments are due as agreed upon during enrollment.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once the Program begins, except as outlined in Section 7.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of access to the Program until payment is received.

4. Bless the Mess Scholarship

  • A one-time $500 scholarship is available exclusively to participants of the Bless the Mess 5-Day Challenge.
  • The scholarship is valid for use toward enrollment in the HOME Approach® Program and must be redeemed before the scholarship expiration date communicated during the Challenge.
  • Scholarships cannot be combined with other discounts, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • To utilize the scholarship, eligible participants must notify the Company of their intent to apply it during the enrollment process.

5. Program Access & Materials

  • Access to the Program includes live coaching sessions, group accountability meetings, and program resources.
  • Materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes.
  • Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of Program content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Commit to active participation in all Program activities.
  • Implement strategies, complete assignments, and attend scheduled sessions to the best of your ability.
  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with the Company and other participants.
  • Protect your Program login details and do not share them with others.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality and expect the same in return. All client information shared within the Program will be handled with care. However, participation in group sessions means that information may be visible to other participants.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment prior to the start of the Program, a refund minus a $250 administrative fee will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued once the Program begins. Exceptions may be granted in cases of documented emergencies, at the sole discretion of the Company.

9. Disclaimer

  • The Company does not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, and implementation of the Program materials.
  • The Program is not a substitute for professional mental health or financial counseling.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to written content, videos, templates, and other resources, remain the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation in the Program.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State/Province], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes prior to their implementation.

15. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the HOME Approach® Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
