Terms and Conditions for The Proverbs 31 Productivity Path™

Welcome to The Proverbs 31 Productivity Path™! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the membership, including any associated services or materials (“Services”). By enrolling in and participating in the membership, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not enroll in the The Proverbs 31 Productivity Path™.

1. Membership & Access

The Membership is a monthly subscription with automatic recurring billing. Your access to the Membership and its materials is continuous as long as your subscription remains active and payments are up to date.

Enrollment includes access to:

  • Training modules, templates, and resources inside The Proverbs 31 Productivity Path

  • Live masterclasses, workshops, and replays

  • Facebook Community access

2. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you authorize The Organized Home LLC to charge your credit card (or other payment method) on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, access to the Membership may be suspended until payment is resolved.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]. When you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your access will end.

4. License & Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Membership materials for your personal household use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute Membership materials (in part or in whole)

  • Share or distribute live call replays, workbooks, or resources

  • Use Membership content for commercial purposes (workshops, courses, coaching, or similar services)

  • Upload or share Membership content in public or private groups, platforms, or file-sharing services

5. Updates & Changes to Membership Content

The Organized Home LLC reserves the right to update, change, or replace Membership content, features, or benefits at any time. These changes are intended to improve the Membership experience and may include adjustments to resources, calls, or community platforms.

6. Community Guidelines

Participation in the Membership community is a privilege, not a right. To maintain a safe and encouraging environment, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with kindness and respect

  • Refrain from offensive, harmful, or disruptive behavior

  • Honor the confidentiality of discussions within the group

The Organized Home LLC reserves the right to remove any member from the community (including Facebook groups or live calls) without refund if these guidelines are violated.

7. Disclaimers

  • The Membership provides faith-based encouragement and practical strategies for home organization and productivity. It is not intended as professional counseling, therapy, or mental health treatment.

  • Results will vary depending on your personal circumstances, participation level, and consistency in applying the content.

  • The Organized Home LLC and Crystal Tharp are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the Membership.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All Membership content, including text, video, audio, graphics, templates, and downloadable materials, is the property of The Organized Home LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

9. Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Organized Home LLC and its owner, Crystal Tharp, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Membership. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Membership is to cancel your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa County, Michigan.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Organized Home LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Changes will apply to future billing cycles and new enrollments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
