Terms and Conditions for the Kitchen Transformation Bootcamp

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Kitchen Transformation Bootcamp! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Bootcamp, including any associated services or materials (“Services”). By registering and participating in the Bootcamp, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not participate in the Bootcamp.

2. Services Provided

The Kitchen Transformation Bootcamp provides a 3-week program that includes:

  • Weekly guided checklists
  • Email communication
  • Access to a private Facebook community
  • (3) 1-hour weekly Accountability & Implementation Calls

All materials, content, and services provided in the Bootcamp are intended to help you organize and transform your kitchen in a way that aligns with your goals and values.

3. Participation Requirements

By participating in the Bootcamp, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for your own actions and decisions while completing the Bootcamp program.
  • You acknowledge that the Bootcamp does not involve personal coaching and that you are solely responsible for implementing the strategies provided.
  • You agree to attend the Accountability & Implementation Calls (if applicable) and engage respectfully in the Facebook group.

4. Accountability & Implementation Calls

The Accountability & Implementation Calls are designed to provide a focused time for participants to implement the material presented in the Bootcamp. The calls are mic-muted sessions with no coaching or Q&A. Participants may share their progress in the chat or unmute to speak at the end of the session.

By participating, you agree to abide by the call structure and respect the no-coaching rule.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Bootcamp, and the digital materials provided, there are no refunds once registration and payment are processed. Please be sure to review all the details before signing up.

6. Payment Terms

The Bootcamp fee must be paid in full. Access to the Bootcamp will not be granted until payment has been successfully processed.

7. Facebook Group Participation

Access to the private Facebook group is provided for the duration of the Bootcamp. Participants are expected to engage in a positive, supportive, and respectful manner. Any form of harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the group.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided during the Bootcamp (including but not limited to checklists, guides, and emails) are the intellectual property of The Organized Home and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of the materials without express permission from The Organized Home.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

By registering for the Bootcamp, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to provide access to the Bootcamp and communicate with you about related content and future offerings.

10. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure the success of the Bootcamp, The Organized Home, LLC and its representatives are not responsible for the individual results you achieve. You acknowledge that the outcomes from the Bootcamp depend on your commitment and implementation of the strategies shared.

In no event will The Organized Home, LLC, its affiliates, or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Bootcamp or any related activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

The Organized Home, LLC reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. If any changes are made, you will be notified accordingly. Continued participation in the Bootcamp after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
