Terms and Conditions for the Accountability Accelerator

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Accountability Accelerator! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the program, including any associated services or materials (“Services”). By enrolling in and participating in the program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not enroll in the Accountability Accelerator.

2. Program Overview

Accountability Facilitator: The designated individual responsible for leading calls, conducting check-ins, and ensuring program integrity.

Participant: Any individual enrolled in the Accountability Accelerator Program.

Work Time: The focused session during calls where participants work towards their stated goals without distractions.

3. Structure of the Calls

Duration: Each call is 60 minutes and will not be recorded. Recording calls by participants is strictly prohibited.

Camera Use: While optional, participants are highly encouraged to keep cameras on for a more engaging experience.

Mic Protocol: Participants must mute their microphones upon entering the Zoom room.

Call Flow:

  • The 60-minute timer begins immediately once the call starts.
  • Participants share their intended focus for the session.
  • The Accountability Facilitator leads a prayer to set the tone.
  • Structured “work time” begins and continues until 10 minutes remain. Chat functionality is disabled during this period.
  • In the final 10 minutes, participants share wins and accomplishments.

4. Scheduling of Calls

Call Availability: Five calls are offered weekly (Monday through Friday). Participants may choose a time that works best for them. A weekly survey will be sent out to determine the five time slots that receive the highest votes for the upcoming week. This ensures the schedule aligns with the majority’s availability while maintaining flexibility.

Rescheduling Policy: Participants must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via Voxer or Telegram to reschedule for another call that same week or the following week, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed sessions and are not eligible for rescheduling.

5. Missed Sessions

Missed sessions (including no-shows or late cancellations) are forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Participants are encouraged to prioritize attendance to maximize their results.

Emergency Exceptions: Unavoidable conflicts or emergencies may be considered at the facilitator’s discretion.

6. No Refund Policy

Final Sale: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, cancellations, or incomplete participation.

Results Disclaimer: Success depends on the participant’s level of engagement and implementation. Coaching or additional resources are not included.

7. Attendance & Participation Expectations

Timeliness: Participants are expected to join calls on time. Late arrivals will not have their time added or rescheduled.

Prayer Time: Late participants arriving during the opening prayer will remain in the waiting room until it concludes.

Chat Functionality: Chat is enabled before and after the structured “work time” but disabled during the focus period.

8. Check-Ins

Platform: Check-ins will be conducted via Voxer or Telegram. Other platforms will not be used for communication.

Purpose: Check-ins are quick, structured touchpoints designed to guide participants and ensure accountability.

9. Additional Support

Strategy Calls: Participants needing extra guidance may book a separate 1-hour Strategy Call.

10. Participant Responsibility

Participants must ensure they have the required technology (Zoom access, Voxer account, and a stable internet connection) to fully participate. Technical issues will not warrant rescheduling or refunds.

Professionalism is expected during all interactions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

11. Force Majeure Clause

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters), the Accountability Facilitator reserves the right to reschedule calls or adjust program delivery.

12. Program Termination

The Accountability Facilitator may terminate a participant’s enrollment if they fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
